“We hired Termite Terry Pest Control to eliminate the termites discovered in our home. The owner (Terry Singleton) came out and did the initial inspection as well as provided a very thorough explanation of the situation, our options and the services he could provide. His explanation along with the materials he left us enabled us to come to a decision quickly.
I have never been through a tenting experience before but Terry Made every effort to make the process, as well as the outcome, a success. He provided us with bags for storing foodstuffs and other items and offered to meet with us to be sure we were comfortable securing everything. He met with our gardener to insure that our plants were protected. He cleaned up all the termite matter around the house and in the attic.
Owing to the expertise and care of his tenting crew, none of our roof tiles were broken. Finally, I told Terry that if the bougainvillea plant that could not be kept outside the tent survived I would rate him five stars, if it didn’t survive he would only get four.
