“My husband and I wanted to thank you for your crew’s superior work done on our home.
Your Field Supervisor, Skip, explained everything that would be happening, step by step and helped us understand the paperwork and what would be done. He came back a few days before the fumigation was to proceed with the proper bags to put our food and staples in that needed to be sealed. He showed us the proper way to seal the bags and opened up all the cabinets to make sure that we didn’t forget to bag some of the items.
Your crew showed up on time; were very polite and courteous and all of them had a stellar work ethic. They all had different responsibilities and they performed them in an outstanding fashion.
The tenting went up very quickly and all areas of our home were very professionally sealed. The wood repairs were completed in one day.
We were able to get back into our home when you said it would be ready. When the job was finished, there were no signs of them ever being at our home.
